Description
This is the view from the back of the cottage in Hameau de Normandie. The closest town is Vernon on the river Seine. Just across the river is Giverny where Monet had his house and designed his wonderful garden. I visited there frequently when I stayed in my friends cottage and looked after his cats and painted the Normandy landscape.
