Description
This etching is one of a series of sporting images. Sport is a recurring theme in my work. I see competitive contact sport as substitute for war. At the same time it can be beautiful, and it’s wonderful to see skillful athletes performing what appear to be impossible actions. These were each printed in small editions in Cambridge.
